Design License

How does it work? Here's the simple version:

License design:

-$299 - unlimited, non-exclusive commercial use. Design is delivered as-is, no changes to the design.

-$449 - unlimited, non-exclusive commercial use. Can be minimally customized and branded (I'll work with you to add your business name, logo or change colors) 

 

The Nitty Gritty:

 

• License Grant: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Design solely for the purpose of reproducing the Design on end products (such as shirts, hats, stickers, etc.) for sale or distribution by Licensee.
• Ownership: Licensor retains all ownership rights, title, and interest in and to the Design, including all intellectual property rights. Licensee acknowledges that this Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to Licensee. (In other words, I am granting you a license to make money off my designs, but I still own the design.)
• Restrictions: Licensee shall not resell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise exploit the Design in any manner other than as expressly permitted under this Agreement. Licensee shall not modify or create derivative works based on the Design without prior written consent from Licensor and possible compensation. (Please be cool)
