Why do you charge up-front for wholesale? Other vendors allow Net 30 terms.

Unfortunately Net 30 does not help cash-flow and fulfillment times. Paying up-front helps to ensure I can fulfill the orders quickly and hassle-free. If your org won't budge on that term, contact me to look at options. 

 

What 's the quality of your stickers?

My stickers have a beautiful matte finish, and feature a special laminate that protects them from exposure to wind, rain and sunlight. You can even put them in your dishwasher and have them come out looking brand new.

Perfect for your water bottle, car window, car bumper, laptop or wherever you want to put a great sticker!

 

What are your wholesale fulfillment times?

For stickers: 5 to 7 business days (that's orders printed and shipped to you)

For Postcards: Two Weeks (printing and shipped)

For Keychains: Minimum 3 week lead time. Sometimes 4 weeks in the summer months due to high demand

For Design License: Immediately to your email provided 

For Branded Licensing: As quickly as we settle on what you need updated or changed on the design - lead time is up to you!

 

Do you offer discounts for larger orders? 

Of course! I offer the following tired discounts: 

-500 to 1,1450: $1.35 per sticker (10% discount auto applied) 

-1500+ stickers (spend of $2,250): $1.25 per sticker (17% discount auto applied)

What is your refund policy?

-Licensed regular and non-branded design: No-returns allowed due to them being a digital download. you buy it, you (hopefully) use it.

-Wholesale: Damaged or lost goods will be replaced free of charge

Do you take custom design requests?

You bet! I do a lot of freelance. Freelance is a flat, $450 fee for a logo design. Contact me for more info

Love your stickers! Are they available for individual purchase?

Nope. Business to consumer is hard, which is why I am going with a wholesale-only approach. I have stickers in lots of shops around the country that are happy to sell directly to you!

Do you sell outside of the USA?

For wholesale items no. For licensing of designs, you bet
